Columbus Gourmet Food in New York City

Best food ever definitely recommend

Visited New York and this place seemed like the most authentic New York experience I had whilst there.The food was VERY GOOD and very reasonably priced.The place was buzzing with locals coming and going, the delivery guys were shooting in and out and the staff were really friendly and chatty.I will definitely return one day! The easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great spot if you need to find an open spot on the west side, early in morning, to eat. This is the place to go.

I pick up a sandwich or burger there a couple of times a week. It's fine - typical huge deli selection, typical prices, typical overworked staff. Like any NY deli you'd better know what you want when it's your turn or they will move on and come back to you.

Fantastic. The food was delicious and the service gentile.

Best pastrami sandwich I've ever had. Prepared quickly and not a bad price. Small establishment, but clean and we'll run. I'm very happy I stopped in. The mediocre reviews almost had me look for something else. I would skip pizza here though... It didn't look real good compared to most NYC options. Stick to deli sandwiches or the chicken fingers.

I’ve experience the service almost 3to 4 time a week food is ok some time little late ,The delivery people are nice and friendly but the ones who’s in charge of taking orders are very rude no qualifications for answering customer over phone no salutes no thanks by the end they will hung up on you without bye

Great selection of deli items. I love their plain bagel with their veggie cream cheese. Has the feel of a local place. Love it.

How is this place still in business? They screw up every order, no matter how simple it is, and do it with a poor attitude. Today I order a scooped out bagel toasted well. Pretty simple, right? Bagel was barely scooped on 1 side, and hardly warm, let alone toasted. They wrap it in foil, and literally throw it at you. Oh, and the foil had food all over it. So gross. I should have gone to Zuckers, but the line was out the door. No wonder there is no line at Columbus 'Gourmet'. What a joke.

This place is great! I got the Reuben sandwich & it was smoking hot & delicious.Highly recommend it! Everything on the menu looked fantastic & the dessert bar is incredibly complete.I wish I found it sooner on my trip for the breakfast smoothies! Definitely coming back next trip.

Was mid sentence giving my order when they walked away from me. I gave my order 3 times and it was still wrong. Very busy. No system in place to help with long lines. This place is a circus. Good food, but truly not worth all the stress.

We had planned to spend the day around Central Park and inside the museums. We had come across a few places for coffee and this one happened to have some spare seats inside. We had amazing quality food at reasonable price and would recommend the hazelnut coffee

Over priced and lack of customer service, just for a slice of pizza and a soup is 12$ and they charged me extra money for nothing, wrist place to go

Fast and cheap food. So much variety that it was probably overwhelming. They serve breakfast food and lunch. It was a great quick stop when I needed food fast.Environment was very casual.

This place has an extremely extensive menu! From pizza to salad, sandwiches, bagels, wraps and more. Lots of drinks on offer too. Plenty of staff and reasonable prices. Can highly recommend the pastrami sandwich and lux bagel.

I order almost everyday! The morning crew has always messed up orders and deliveries. My drinks has been spilled all over in the bag every time i order an ice coffee. Need to work on communication with guest and fellow employess to ensure you are getting and giving out the correct orders and that your delivery drivers are aware of the contents that may Spill over in the bag.. ALSO today they finally sent me my bacon i ordered after 2 days of reminding them and the bacon is ALL burned to a Crisp! Never ordering again.

Nice place to stop in for a quick bite. Attentive and pleasant service. Nothing beats a classic bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. The pizza rolls came out of the oven around 11 and caught every customers eye. They have a surprisingly diverse and accommodating menu.

Sell coffee not espresso drinks, medium size latte tasted like coffee with hot milk, lots of milk.

This place was amazing! Customer service was really good, service was also fast. They have limited seating but a decent amount. I got a cheese slice and a Sicilian slice and they were both great. They have a wide variety of food options as well. I would definitely recommend this place!

Prices too high, quality of the sandwiches is low, I ordered tuna salad sandwich with Jalapeños and Onions and they were put on a single corner of the bread, I had to open the sandwich and spread it myself, also staff seemed confused about prices.

Great place to get do many good eats like pizza, bagels and sandwiches. Love the locations bathroom. Friendly staff w expertise. We enjoyed our visit to NY in a large part die yo the easy friendly vibe of Columbus Gourmet food. We love you so plz chng ur name 2 Begay.

Pretty good food, actually. It can get chaotic at the counter if you happen to catch a crowd.

Loved it! Food and service was awesome and great selection of pizza to soup, to sandwiches to desserts! I'll be back. Small eat in area but can eat outside or take out!

Good pizza, clean and a friendly staff. Lots of toppings on the pizza. Nice medium thick crust.They just need a double door entrance to keep it warm inside.

Good place to go to if you want a no fuss, tasty meal in the area, and you don't want to spend too much. One thing I didn't like in my personal pizza with eggplant was that the eggplant was breaded and fried.
